feeling blue

hi guys.. new year is almost here! so, what are your hopes for 2013?? well.. i hope all your positive hopes come true. amin to that!! and how about about your new year's plan?? i personally also don't know to go for the count down. any suggestion?? but i know that celebrating new year is not that important. it's just another day for me hehe. what about you guys??

talking about this outfit, i went out with a very casual outfit. navy blue blazer, navy blue top with a wolf picture on it, paired to blue denim shorts. that's why i titled it "feeling blue". i didn't wear blue from top toe, because i just don't like too much of matching colors in an outfit (unless black color hehe). so i picked black flats to complete my casual look, and red wine color longchamp bag as the other touch colors. oh what do you think about my star-shaped earrings?? those are so cute, right?? these are from Topshop but i got them with a very low price. how i love end of the year sale!! so happy!! oh okay guys.. have a nice day, enjoy holiday, and happy new year good people!! xoxo

friend's wedding party

oh it's been a long time i have no catching up in front of my computer. like i said on my previous post, i have been too lazy. yeah i know right that i am such a bad blogger. this time, in these pictures i went to our friend's wedding reception at Shangri-la Hotel, Jakarta, and the bride & groom looked very gorgeous that night. very happy for them.

well.. talking about my outfit, at first i wanted to wear my new black long dress, but it wasn't done on time because i was too busy doing the requested dresses. so i rushed to Plaza Senayan to find the dress that i would wear, and yay i found that black dress from Zara that i really in love with. somehow i feel very confident to wear black clothes to night events. by the way.. i paired this dress to a very simple details. such as a pair of my arabic gold earrings, gold heels with beads detail, and gold clutch. i called it black and gold touches!! so, any thoughts guys?? well.. that's all for now, see you very soon on my next post. have a good time, and merry xmas to those who celebrate!! happy holiday..

in love with white

hi guys, it's been more than a week since my last post. somehow i was not in the mood for blogging in front of computer. besides i'm tired with the things, i'm busy watching Korean dram called "pasta" on DVD, so addicted!! i just finished watching the whole episodes for the third times. i bet i'll watch it again hehe. for some reason this Korean drama catches my heart so well. start from the foods, the castings, and the story. i love the whole package. very natural yet romantic story. i really recommended to watch!! and get ready to be drooled!! hihihi.

anyway.. for the outfit of this time, i picked  white outer that i bought from one of the online store in Jakarta, and paired it to a white top and jeans. this outer obviously gives me warm yet stylish at the same time. what a great combo, right?? so, my outfit is about white and i only added a silver necklace and hot pink heels as the touches. this outfit seems perfect for rainy season and it is quite suitable with the x-mas vibe i think. well.. take care of yourself guys!! and have a nice weekend.. see ya! xoxo

batik time

rainy season is the first words that comes to my mind. so, lately wherever i go i bring an outer and i think it's the best solution since i don't want to feel cold. hmm well.. in these pictures i went to my friend's holy matrimony in Cathedral and went to Plaza Senayan for dinner afterwards. we had dinner at a place when we first met. and accidentally that day was the day of our 6th month of marriage. time flies so fast, right??

on that day i wore a batik outer which is my own label "Why? by. Yuke Purba" and the batik itself i bought in Pekalongan. and fyi, the pattern from the batik is called "motif parang" do you know about that?? hehe. oh guys.. i really have a big crush on its color, "hot pink". very gorgeous, isn't it?? well.. i paired this outer batik with a little black dress which i wore on my previous post (yeah i love to wear LBD. it perfectly gives you a very chic yet classy look). i think it is a must have "fashion item" in your closet since it can be easily mix and match. anyways.. i am so happy with my new purchase Longchamp bag. i'm so in love with its color and the material (i think i am easily fall in love LOL). and i'm now looking forward for my next purchase hehehe. such a shopaholic!! but on the other hand, i have to save up. oh guys,, what a big dilemma for myself!! how are you guys?? hope everything is doing well. because i know right that it has been a rainy season lately. i personally often feel freezing. especially when going to the malls or shopping arcade. so guys.. take care of yourself from the rain. and have a nice weekend!

nah in these pictures i was about to go to the mall, because i had to go to the m.a.c store to buy something. so i picked my synthetic leather jacket from my closet, and paired it to my own label little black dress. i also added black (flats) shoes to complete the black theme. i only wore some bright colors as the details which are my clutch and necklace. anyways.. have you noticed that my hair is already short?? yeah!! finally i fixed my hair couple of days ago at Headquarters salon. i was satisfy with the result. and of course short hair reminds me when i was in highschool and college. oh i really feel fresh now. i hope for no more hair fall now. so what do you think guys??

Jade peplum!

trend!! you guys might know that peplum has been the trend for the last few years. let's say.. maybe you guys can find peplum dresses/skirts/tops in famous brands such as Zara, Topshop, etc. and i saw the peplum was everywhere on the spring/summer '12 catwalk. yes it is hugely popular!! so i didn't want to miss this trend (i looked so fat though) hehe. i think it can easily dress you up. but still it depends how you mix&match. right?

in these pictures, i was about to visit my ex-boss, Hutama adhi. i saw him very busy to prepare his collection for Danar Hadi Batik for the next Danar Hadi fashion show. somehow i miss my working days with him hehe.
